Wossen Ayele

Wossen is Of Counsel to Falls Counsel.

Wossen advises clients across art, technology, media and consumer-facing industries. He provides strategic counsel throughout the entrepreneurial lifecycle, from early financings and partnerships through growth and exit planning.

Prior to joining Falls Counsel, Wossen was co-founder, COO, and General Counsel of Pariti, a venture-backed marketplace startup focused on emerging markets. He also was a corporate associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett and clerked for Justice Mbuyiseli Madlanga on the Constitutional Court of South Africa. He began his career as a consultant at McKinsey & Company, advising governments and development institutions in East Africa.
