Olga is an Intellectual Property and Media Attorney at Falls Counsel.

Olga Weisbaum advises clients on intellectual property strategy, content licensing, and entertainment law matters. Her practice focuses on protecting creative works across digital media, publishing, and emerging platforms, with particular expertise in cross-border IP enforcement.

Prior to joining Falls Counsel, Olga clerked at First Gen Law, where she handled trademark portfolios and copyright disputes for lifestyle brands. She previously served as a summer associate in King & Spalding’s corporate group and worked in the Maryland Attorney General’s Organized Crime Unit, analyzing financial crimes with IP implications. Her background includes paralegal experience at Kirkland & Ellis LLP’s investment funds group, where she developed transactional skills now applied to creative industry deals.

Fluent in Polish and proficient in French, Olga frequently navigates multinational IP matters. She earned her law degree from the University of Maryland Carey School of Law, where she edited the Business Law Review and authored notes on AI’s impact on copyright frameworks.
