Marcus Miller

Marcus is an associate attorney at Falls Counsel.

He advises emerging companies on intellectual property, regulatory matters, and corporate strategy at Falls Counsel. His practice spans startup formation, compliance, and transactional support, helping clients navigate complex legal landscapes with precision.

Before joining Falls Counsel, Marcus was a law clerk at First Gen Law and also worked in the banking and finance team of a Silver Circle law firm, where he handled structured finance and regulatory compliance. His career began with a distinguished military background in the Australian Army, where he served as a section commander in high-stakes environments—including deployments to Antarctica, Papua New Guinea, and disaster zones across the Pacific. This experience sharpened his ability to deliver solutions under pressure.

Marcus earned his law degree from Deakin University in Melbourne, later interning at the Butler County Public Defender Office in Ohio and working in Herbert Smith Freehills’ finance team. He joined Falls Counsel’s New York office in 2023, blending analytical rigor with strategic insight to serve innovative clients.
