Kevin Sayed

Kevin is a Partner at Falls Counsel.

Kevin Sayed has extensive experience in corporate law, business transactions, and the digital media landscape. Most recently, he served as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for MrBeastYouTube, LLC and Beast Industries Co., where he played a key role in shaping the company’s legal strategies and was responsible for managing external firm relationships and handling all legal matters, including domestic and international media projects, branding and advertising, licensing, intellectual property, employment, production agreements, and consumer products.

Prior to his in-house role, Kevin was a partner at Colombo Kitchin Attorneys, focusing on business law, taxation, and estate planning. Earlier in his career, Kevin worked as a small business and personal banker at Wachovia Bank, where he was responsible for loan sales, underwriting, and investment services.

Kevin has experience supporting family offices with robust business portfolios demanding creative problem-solving legal solutions. His practice combines transactional expertise with a deep understanding of digital media, making him a trusted advisor for high-growth companies navigating complex legal landscapes.
