Kevin Sayed

Kevin is a Partner at Falls Counsel.

He has extensive experience in business transactions, corporate law, and media. Most recently, he served as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel for MrBeastYouTube, LLC and Beast Industries Co., where he played a key role in shaping the company’s legal strategies and was responsible for managing external firm relationships and handling all legal matters, including domestic and international media projects, branding and advertising, licensing, intellectual property, employment, production agreements, and consumer products.

Prior to MrBeastYouTube, LLC and Beast Industries Co, Kevin was a partner at Colombo Kitchin Attorneys, where he focused on business law, taxation, and estate planning. In addition, Kevin has experience in private equity trading, having worked as an equity trader at Privateer Trading. There, he managed teams and executed large-scale transactions across various sectors. Earlier in his career, Kevin worked as a small business and personal banker at Wachovia Bank, where he was responsible for loan sales, underwriting, and investment services.

Kevin’s practice combines transactional expertise with a deep understanding of digital media, making him a trusted advisor for high-growth companies navigating complex legal landscapes.
