She provides strategic support across Falls Counsel’s intellectual property practice, assisting with copyright, trademark, and emerging technology matters. Her work focuses on helping creators and innovators protect their work while navigating complex legal frameworks.
Currently a Juris Doctor candidate at Fordham University School of Law (Class of 2025), India serves as Notes and Articles Editor for the Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Law Journal, where she mentors junior staff and edits scholarship on cutting-edge IP issues. Her published analysis explores the intersection of artificial intelligence and copyright law. She previously gained litigation experience as a Summer Associate at Bartlett LLP and contributed to human rights initiatives through Fordham’s Walter Leitner International Human Rights Clinic.
India graduated summa cum laude from University at Buffalo’s Advanced Honors College, earning Phi Beta Kappa distinction. Her academic focus on media law and cultural policy informs her approach to balancing legal protections with creative expression.
