Aaron is Of Counsel to Falls Counsel.

He advises clients on cryptocurrency regulation, enforcement actions, and complex disputes. His practice focuses on developing compliant frameworks for blockchain enterprises while navigating evolving legal challenges.

Aaron has helped numerous cryptocurrency firms establish legality, develop regulatory strategy, and go to market. He is often published and cited as an expert in cryptocurrency law, DeFi, RWAs, U.S. securities and derivatives law, and prediction markets.

Prior to joining Falls Counsel and opening Brogan Law, Aaron represented leading digital asset firms at Weil, Gotshal & Manges and McDermott Will & Emery.There, he represented a wide range of cryptocurrency firms and individuals. His notable representations include building regulatory strategy for a major international cryptocurrency exchange, representing a class of over 1,000,000 creditors as counsel for the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Voyager Digital Holdings, Inc. in bankruptcy proceedings, and successfully arguing an issue of first impression on behalf of an individual investor who alleged he was cheated by a DeFi DAO in the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut.
